Kristin Cavallari has been making and breaking up relationships on The Hills
lately, from the Audrina-Justin triangle and now to the Jayde-Brody one. With all the drama being stirred up, you’d think it was Laguna Beach all over again. But Jayde Nicole is hoping to prevent that, insisting that she and Brody are still together with Kristin out of the picture.
The 23-year-old Playboy model who has recently been getting plenty of airtime on The Hills told Usmagazine.com about the current status of their relationship. She bashed the breakup rumors, but who knows when they’ll pop up again?
“Yes, we’re still together,” Jayde Nicole revealed. She was spotted at the launch party for the Behold II by Samsung in Los Angeles, held last Wednesday. She went on to say that she’ll stick up for the 26-year-old Jenner, no matter what comes between them.
Just last week, Jayde proved just how much she disliked the presence of Kristin Cavallari on The Hills. The two of them came face-to-face in a yelling match, where the model insulted the newcomer and told her to return to where she came from.
But it looks as though Kristin Cavallari’s bound to continue with her schemes on The Hills, since the cast will start filming another season. Jayde Nicole revealed, “Brody and I are already wrapped [for season five] and I’m sure the rest of the cast will wrap this week. There will be a sixth season and it starts filming right after New Years.”
Well, they’re starting off a new installment with some applause. Apparently, Kristin was honored at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood Awards for the Comeback of the Year distinction.
Co-star Stephanie Pratt was pleased at how things have worked out for Cavallari, since she’s one of the few who hasn’t incurred her wrath. “I think it’s fab,” she told MTV News. “I’m living by ‘grateful and not hateful.’ I love everyone. I’m just trying to be happy for everyone. So congratulations to Kristin. [She] so deserves it.”

Without the intention to leave the hands that feed them, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag want to have another reality show beside “The Hills“. The married couple who is known to crave for fame said in an interview that they want their fans to have a bigger scoop on their lives.
Speidi revealed their plan to The Associated Press during a promotional event of their new book “How to be Famous: Our Guide to Looking the Part, Playing the Press, and Becoming a Tabloid Fixture”, on Monday, November 16. In fact, they have started pitching the idea to several networks.
On how this would be different to “The Hills”, Speidi said that the new show would reveal “everything” that happens to them as oppose to “Hills” that only focuses on a small part of their lives. Better, they are willing to include live segments. “You don’t get to see our everyday lives and what we do,” Heidi said.
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt had previously participated on “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!“. Playing for charity, the couple bailed out several times before leaving for good a couple of weeks into the reality show that requires celebrities to live in the jungle without privileges.
Is The Hills “Running Out of Gas”?

If you’re still a rabid Hills fan, you might want to start texting in messages of support for the show to MTV, because one castmember tells us that the future of the series is in question.
We just chatted up the lovely Lo Bosworth outside the Undrest store on chic Robertson Blvd. in L.A., and she isn’t sure that The Hills
will come back for another season after this one.
So what’s the hang-up? Here’s what we learned:
Bosworth isn’t completely ruling out the possibility of doing another season of The Hills, but she doesn’t seem enthralled about the idea.
“It would have to be the right situation…it’s kind of running out of gas,” admits Bosworth.
So what will the Laguna Beach native do if she doesn’t return to TV? “I am developing my own website right now…doing a lot of writing,” says Bosworth. “I can’t tell you, but it has a lot of possibilities. I can tell you in a few weeks…but I am really excited.”
Bosworth hinted to E! News that she may follow in the footsteps of her best friend and roommate Lauren Conrad and write a book!
Bosworth also ruled out ever doing L.C.’s movie, contrary to what has been previously reported. “We were on the carpet together, next to each other, and she was like, ‘Lo is going to be in it,’ and I am like, ‘What are you talking about?’ So no, I’m not…I’m not an actress, fortunately.”

Who would’ve thought it’d be Kristin Cavallari who would comment on the web of burglaries plaguing Hollywood recently? It comes as a surprise only because one of the victims of the said case is her The Hills co-star and rival, Audrina Patridge. Is there something fishy going on?
Access Hollywood caught up with the latest bad girl on The Hills
and asked her for her take on the crimes. She didn’t exactly discuss Audrina, but that was most likely on the back of her mind.
Kristin told the publication that the news of thefts floating around has greatly worried her. “It’s a really scary thing and I just purchased my first house,” she said. “I’m a little freaked out by the whole thing.”
This has only pushed her to be more wary about her own home. She has already prepared for any intrusions that might occur, keeping herself vigilant against these robberies.
“I have my alarm system, I have everything set up,” Kristin Cavallari admitted. She’s definitely not taking any chances.
Perhaps this can also be tied to her choice of contacts. The Hills star admitted that it’s not easy for her to make friends because she knows how picky she can be when it comes to that. On an interview with National Ledger, she claimed that she has been learning how to deal with people more and more. Maybe this is also a good way to ward off thieves, of any kind even.
“When you make new friends, you just have to be a little cautious and make sure they don’t want to be friends with you just because you’re famous,” the 22-year-old reality celebrity explained. “I’m pretty good at spotting that, though. I have a pretty good instinct with people.”
We can see if she really does have that way with others, as the star continues to film for The Hills this season. She claims it might wrap up soon, but another installment of the show is on the way for next year.
The Hills: Audrina Patridge Slams Teen Burglars

Being one of those vindictive victims of recent string of Hollywood burglaries, The Hills
star Audrina Patridge has spoken out about her terrible experience. Us Magazine reports that the group of celeb-obsessed teens responsible for the notorious felony has been busted. Good riddance to that.
The 24-year-old reality TV celebrity’s home was targeted along with others, and she’s glad that the whole ordeal is finished. She also hopes that the perpetrators of the crime will learn to do what’s right, through punishment. “I know they’re trying to justify what they did by saying it was a mistake,” Patridge said, “but they need to face the consequences.”
The suspects – Alexis Neiers, Courtney Ames, Diana Tamayo and Roy Lopez Jr. – are due in court next month. All of them are being accused of stealing more than $3 million in jewelry and designer apparel, taken from the homes of numerous stars. Two others are being charged, namely Nicholas Prugo and Rachel Lee.
During the “I Dream Of Audrina” party in Atlantic City, NJ, The Hills‘ Audrina Patridge went on to say how the robbers shouldn’t make excuses for their actions. They should just deal with what’s coming to them because they deserve it.
“It’s not a mistake if you do it more than once,” she exclaimed.
Even though she’s troubled by what happened to her, life has to go on for Audrina. It has been reported that she could be leaving The Hills after this season, but she isn’t really sure yet. One thing that’s certain is her commitment to another show, which she can rightfully call her own.
“[E]verything is being negotiated and renegotiated,” Patridge said. “Right now I’m really looking forward to my new show. It’s going to be a whole different tone. It’s very raw and real. It’s not a soap documentary like The Hills. It’s more about Hollywood, what really goes on behind the cameras.”

‘The Hills’ Slump in Ratings Due to Kristin?

There’s just no denying it; the fans are missing LC. Kristin Cavallari’s drama on The Hills
just doesn’t fill the void that Lauren Conrad left when she departed, and it’s very obvious given the recent ratings of the show.
According to E! Online, things aren’t looking to good for the new storylines that Kristin Cavallari has brought to The Hills. Sure, it’s not the same as LC’s but hardly anyone’s giving it a chance. Whether or not it’s worth another chance remains questionable though.
Since the premiere of the new season, The Hills
has gone further and further towards doom on the scale of ratings. The show is down one-third its usual, with the premiere which features Cavallari only getting 30 percent of the previous season premiere last April.
Even though the slow descent to failure of The Hills is apparent, the network refuses to let it go. Medialife Magazine reports that MTV stated that the series remained as the highest-rated cable show in the channel’s target audience, viewers 12-34. In addition to that, it is still the highest-rated program on television in its timeslot in that demographic.
Maybe MTV needs to check the numbers again. During the season premiere, The Hills garnered 2.36 million total viewers. Three episodes later, it received a mere 1.72 million. That’s practically half of the original number.
If LC really wanted The Hills to remain a success, as she said before, then she better return to give it a boost. Kristin Cavallari certainly isn’t doing a good job, despite the massive flirting she’s doing with everyone else’s boyfriends. There are just too many attempts to force drama on the show that it hardly works anymore.
Even the star herself has acknowledged how staged everything is. Cavallari told the Los Angeles Times before her debut that her performance on The Hills is downright fake.
“I pretty much do anything they have me do because I don’t care,” she said. “Everyone is trying to get story lines and create drama in their lives. It’s just so…fake. There’s no truth to it. At all.”
Well, now we don’t have to wonder why everyone’s been leaving The Hills – from the fans to the stars. Hopefully, the network also joins that bandwagon.
Before Lilo and Stitch attack Heidi Montag for not comprehending the meaning of “ohana,” let’s see what this Hills star has done lately. It might just be enough to deserve a catfight with a blue-clawed alien. FOX News reports that the wife of Spencer Pratt refused to attend the birthday party of her sister, Holly Montag, because she wasn’t being paid to do so.
Holly celebrated her 26th birthday at Empire Hollywood in Los Angeles last Saturday, an event also known as the cause of Stephanie Pratt’s DUI arrest. The guests who showed up, while admirable enough, lacked a couple of relatives important to Holly and The Hills. That’s right, Speidi was invited but they weren’t present during the festivities.
“Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid,” an insider close to the stars revealed to the publication. “I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn’t even show up without a fee. That’s disgusting.”
Even though it’s difficult to believe an unnamed source these days, we can sort of see Heidi Montag doing this sort of thing anyway. Sure, she often appears to care for her sister on The Hills. But we all know how “real” that is.
Still, choosing money over blood is a bit odd for anyone. Heidi has already been badgering Spencer to raise a family, but her absence during Holly’s party makes it appear that she isn’t that ready for such a responsibility.
Well, okay, it was just one party. The weird thing is, Heidi Montag just doesn’t miss out on such events. Always with an eye for publicity, we can bet we’ll hear her explanation some time in the near-future. Until then, Stitch is going to retract those claws of his before teaching Heidi Montag a lesson about family. Too bad he’s fictional.
A DUI Arrest for ‘The Hills’ Star Stephanie Pratt

Police have caught up with Stephanie Pratt, the 23-year-old star of The Hills
better known as the sister of the fame-hungry Spencer Pratt. According to sources, the reality starlet was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. It occurred early Sunday morning in Hollywood, as reported by the Associated Press.
Los Angeles police said that Pratt was pulled over outside a nightclub in the area, at around 3:45 am. She was taken into custody, and the bail was set at $5,000. Sergeant Mark Cohan of the LAPD told MTV News that Pratt was celebrating with her The Hills castmates in celebration of Holly Montag’s 26th birthday.
Stephanie was held in the Van Nuys Division, where a spokesperson revealed the details. Later that day, the Hills star was released with a ticket. She wasn’t required to post bail, but she was still told to return for a court hearing.
Sgt. Cohan admitted that he didn’t know the circumstances of the arrest. He couldn’t quite say whether Pratt was actually pulled over for DUI or another violation.
Before the incident, a Twitter post from Stephanie Pratt was spotted. She said, “my sissy @hollymontags bday party! Just finished dinner and going to Empire but I’m pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper 
”
This isn’t Pratt’s first brush with the law, just like many Hills celebrities. In May of 2006, she was arrested in Hawaii with Hannah Owens-Bender, the daughter of the director of ABC’s hit series Lost. The two of them were charged with second-degree theft, as well as a number of drug violations.
While she already spoke openly of her substance abuse and her struggles with bulimia in the past, she has yet to talk about this DUI incident. Neither Stephanie Pratt nor her representatives were available for comment. Even so, we bet we’ll be hearing from Spencer Pratt sometime soon.
